What is an iGov Valued Partner?
A Valued Partner works directly with the new municipal prospect during the evaluation process. The Partner can assist the municipality during the new customer project / getting started process. Some Valued partners attain advanced iGov certification enabling them to provide training and ongoing support services. All of these service levels generate revenue for the Valued Partner.
What are the iGov Valued Partner Levels?
iGov Referral – This partner passes interested municipality contact information to iGov and iGov’s team assists the municipality through the sales process. A referral commission is paid to the partner if the municipality becomes a customer.
iGov Consultant – This partner manages the sales process with the municipality all the way through project completion. This partner possesses extensive iGov product knowledge and implementation experience. This partner is not performing the training, setup or conversion services during the project phase. This partner is providing efficiency expertise and ensuring the project is completed successfully. This partner is paid a referral fee and project consultancy revenue.
iGov Certified – This partner maintains a full-service relationship with the municipality before and after the sales process. The partner has passed the iGov certification product tests for a full understanding of product setup and usage. This partner earns referral revenue, implementation revenue from the upfront project process and recurring monthly revenue from each municipality they have signed up. This partner also earns revenue for services performed such as training for other municipalities they did not sign up.
